Welcome to Cole Energy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or entering into a contract with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide renewable energy solutions, including the supply and installation of solar PV systems and related technologies.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days.

  • Prices include 0% VAT for domestic solar installations (valid until March 2027).

  • Additional works outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

  • 10% deposit upon acceptance of quotation (protected by HIES).

  • 60% pre-installation payment (7 days prior to installation start).

  • 30% balance upon completion.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal (QR code provided on invoices).

5. Cancellation

  • Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from signing the contract, as per UK Consumer Law.

  • Cancellations after this period may incur charges for costs incurred.

6. Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., 25 years on panels).

  • Workmanship warranty provided by Cole Energy (typically 2 years).

  • Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) issued by HIES after installation completion.

7.Insurance Cover

Cole Energy Ltd is fully insured for all renewable energy installation and electrical works.

7. Liability

Cole Energy is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather).

  • Consequential losses beyond the scope of agreed works.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
